Annual report by the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) reviewing human rights and International Humanitarian Law (IHL) conditions in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) during 2025, including the May and August 2025 Israeli offensives, the October 2025 ceasefire, and post-ceasefire violations. Despite t fragile ceasefire in October 2025, Israeli forces continued their policies of killing, destruction, starvation, and the imposition of coercive living conditions threatening the destruction of Palestinians as a group. The report also addresses the September 2025 US Treasury sanctions against PCHR, Al-Haq, and Al Mezan, imposed in retaliation for their International Criminal Court (ICC) advocacy. An essential civil society documentation resource for researchers studying the full scope of Israeli violations throughout 2025 and the US government's targeting of Palestinian human rights organizations through sanctions, representing the comprehensive annual accounting of Palestinian human rights conditions.
