Guidelines issued by the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI), which is a member of the Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC). PACBI formed in 2004 to call on artists, academics, and all people globally to boycott Israeli academic and cultural institutions due to their complicity in Israel's human rights violations and their role in whitewashing Israel's violence against Palestinians.
