UN Human Rights (OHCHR) report covering violations from October 7, 2023 to May 31, 2025, noting that despite the October 2025 ceasefire the lasting consequences of Israel's documented patterns are apparent. The ceasefire diminished the immense scale of violence but killings and destruction of infrastructure have continued almost daily and the overall humanitarian situation remains dire. In winter 2025-26, children died from hypothermia. In the West Bank, the rate of forcible displacement is unseen in decades and settlement expansion is unprecedented. The report identifies war crimes and possible crimes against humanity by both Israeli and Palestinian actors. Recommended for international law researchers and human rights advocates working on accountability. The comprehensive OHCHR report covering 19 months of violations provides the most systematic official documentation of war crimes and possible crimes against humanity in the War on Gaza.
