United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) situation report documenting 73,035 Palestinians killed and 173,368 injured in the Gaza Strip since October 2023, including 1,005 fatalities and 3,157 injuries since the October 2025 ceasefire through June 17, 2026. UNRWA has recorded 392 colleagues killed since the start of the war.
