Continuously updated Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), also known as Doctors Without Borders, operations page documenting the humanitarian and medical crisis in Gaza through the October 2025 ceasefire and ongoing response period. The ceasefire that came into effect on October 10, 2025, has done little to ease suffering. Families remain displaced and living among rubble, communicable diseases continue to spread, health centers and hospitals are overwhelmed, and bombs continue to fall. As of January 2026, Israeli authorities have prevented all MSF supplies and international staff from entering Gaza. MSF operates with approximately 1,430 Palestinian staff providing care with remote international support from Amman, Jordan. A valuable ongoing resource for researchers tracking MSF's operations across the full arc of the conflict (War on Gaza?) and into the ceasefire period, with particular relevance for the documentation of Israel's 2026 ban on MSF and other NGOs from entering Gaza and the West Bank.
