Forensic Architecture investigation documenting the mass burials of Palestinians discovered at al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City following repeated Israeli military sieges of the facility between November 2023 and April 2024. Drawing on satellite imagery, witness testimony, and forensic analysis, the investigation traces the discovery of mass graves at the hospital, the conditions under which patients, medical personnel, and displaced civilians died during and after Israeli raids, and the Israeli military's role in those deaths. Al-Shifa, Gaza's largest hospital, was besieged twice and rendered non-functional during the War on Gaza. A key resource for researchers and legal advocates working on Israel's systematic targeting of Gaza's health sector, the protection of medical facilities under international humanitarian law, and accountability for the killing of patients and civilians sheltering at al-Shifa Hospital.
