Launched in 2000, Palestine Remembered is one of the first and most expansive digital resources that documents and commemorates the Palestinian experience and loss of land as a result of Zionist settler colonialism, expulsion in the 1948 Nakba, and ongoing waves of Israeli expansionism since then. It includes an oral history repository that was first established in 2003 that preserves Palestinian collective memory regarding their land, traditions, culture, songs, and more. The site also features maps and other detailed information about ethnically cleansed cities, towns, and villages.
