Documentary on the struggles of Palestinians living in United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) camps in Syria and Lebanon in the 1960s. The film follows Dr. Is'af Murad as he treats patients in UNRWA camps, some of whom have been displaced in both the 1948 Nakba and Israel's ethnic cleansing campaigns in the 1967 war, known as the Naksa (setback). Film contains footage of refugee camps in southern Lebanon bombed by Israel and testimony from survivors. Valuable as a primary source on Palestinian refugee camp conditions, UNRWA, the Nakba, the Naksa, and the displacement of Palestinians.
