Collective analysis by ACW experts critiquing the Trump administration’s Great Trust plan for Gaza, arguing that rather than offering genuine reconstruction, the plan is a scheme of dispossession. Though the plan claims to aim for reconstitution, economic acceleration, and transformation of Gaza over ten years, the authors say it centers on relocating Gaza’s population, imposing external governance, and excluding Palestinians from meaningful participation. They describe the proposal as repackaged colonialism masked as humanitarianism, which risks erasing Palestinian self-determination and legitimizing war crimes.
