The Nakba Files examine the link between the 1948 Nakba as an "event, a structure, and a process" and the law, interrogating the role of the law to begin and perpetuate the Nakba through the present day—publishing articles on the various dimensions of the relationship between the Nakba and legal structures. Materials are in English and Arabic.
